By creating an account on Tickabit (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tickabit. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Tickabit membership is a one-time A$97 joining fee plus an A$14.95/month subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your provided payment method. The monthly subscription auto-renews unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — no refunds are issued for partial periods.
Tickabit includes AI-powered coaching features designed to support habit building and personal development. The AI coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional.
The guidance, suggestions, and insights provided by the AI are for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental health issues, addiction, trauma, or any other condition requiring professional attention, please seek help from a qualified healthcare provider.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (habits, notes, goals). You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Tickabit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We collect and process personal data necessary to provide the service (email, name, usage data). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
