These Affiliate Terms apply to members and promoters who share a Tickabit referral link or code. They are an agreement between you and Better You Everyday Pty Ltd (ABN 35 689 290 980), trading as Tickabit. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply. You accept these terms when you sign up as a promoter, or when you share your referral link.
You must be 18 or older. Approved affiliates receive a unique tracked referral link or code. We may decline or withdraw approval for any affiliate.
The applicable campaign offer and commission are those shown to you when the referral is accepted. For the current Tickabit acquisition offer, the commission is A$75 for each qualifying new paid customer, subject to campaign approval and any separately published campaign rules.
A customer qualifies when they join through your link or code and their first payment succeeds (currently A$74.95 for the monthly plan or A$254.50 for the annual plan). One commission is payable per customer, even if they later switch plans. Renewals do not earn further commission.
No commission is earned for a free-trial registration, an A$0 invoice, a failed payment, a self-referral, a duplicate account, a fraudulent transaction, or an order later refunded or charged back.
Attribution is determined using the platform's recorded tracking rules. Currently: opening your link stores your code on the visitor's device for 30 days, and the most recent referral link opened before sign-up is used. A referral code typed in at sign-up takes priority over a link. A customer can only be attributed to one referrer or partner programme.
Attribution disputes may be reviewed manually. Raise them with [email protected].
A commission becomes eligible for payment only after the referred customer's first qualifying payment has succeeded and a 30-day review and hold period has elapsed. This is not a promise that funds will arrive exactly on day 30.
Tickabit will arrange eligible payments manually after the hold period, subject to verification, fraud checks, refunds, chargebacks and payment administration. You will be asked to nominate an available payment method, such as PayPal, and to provide the information reasonably needed to process payment. Payment method availability, currency conversion charges and any fees will be disclosed before payment.
We may reasonably delay disputed amounts while investigating and will notify you. Tax documentation may be requested where required. No automatic payout integration is promised.
Commissions are separate from consumer pricing. You are responsible for your own income tax and GST obligations. If you are an Australian affiliate who is registered for GST and makes a taxable supply, we will agree with you whether the commission is GST-inclusive, and we may require a valid tax invoice before payment.
Always make it clear that you are sharing a paid referral link (for example, "#ad" or "paid referral link"). Comply with applicable advertising and spam laws.
Your affiliate page shows your link, your earnings, and for each referral the person's name, join date and commission status. Use this information only to track your referrals.
We may reject or reverse ineligible commissions, suspend referrals or terminate your participation for material breaches, with a fair opportunity for you to raise a dispute. Valid earned commissions remain payable, subject to the stated hold, verification and applicable law.
You can stop participating at any time.
We may change the commission or these terms for future referrals. Changes do not reduce commissions already earned. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app.
